The Florida-Georgia Connection Team was founded by Kathy Levy, a seasoned Realtor® with decades of experience and a heart for serving others. What began as a one-woman show quickly grew into something more. When her daughter Julia Levy moved home from Charlotte, NC during the pandemic, Kathy introduced her to real estate, and it’s been history ever since.

Together, they’ve built a team of strong, knowledgeable women who share a passion for helping families build stability through homeownership. Licensed in both Florida and Georgia, we proudly serve Nassau County, Duval County, St. Johns County, and Camden County, GA.

With over 40 years of real estate experience, Kathy Levy leads the Florida Georgia Connection Team with wisdom, grace, and professionalism. Licensed in both Florida and Georgia, she holds multiple industry designations that reflect her deep expertise and leadership. Kathy’s guidance ensures smooth transactions and successful closings for both clients and agents alike. Outside of real estate, she is active in her church and cherishes time with her children and grandchildren. Her steadfast integrity, love of people, and heart for mentoring make her the cornerstone of our team.

 
Julia Levy
Realtor® & Entrepreneur
Blending business savvy with heart, Julia Levy brings four years of real estate experience and nine years as a successful martial arts studio owner to the team. She understands how to balance relationships and results, helping clients make smart financial decisions and reach their goals.
Julia continues to share her love of martial arts by teaching in the community and enjoys time with her family. Her determination, creativity, and care for her clients make her a trusted Realtor® and respected teammate.

 
Coyeatta Lee

After her husband’s military service ended, Coyeatta and her family made Nassau County their home in 2016. Her background in relocation, homemaking, and homeschooling inspired her passion for helping others find stability through homeownership.
Since joining Iron Valley in 2022 and the Florida Georgia Connection Team in 2024, she’s guided buyers and sellers with patience, knowledge, and faith-centered care. Coyeatta also volunteers for veteran and community initiatives. When she’s not working, she enjoys cooking, painting, and family time. Her personalized approach ensures every client feels valued and confident throughout their real estate journey.

With over 15 years of experience, Joanne brings wisdom, warmth, and patience to every transaction — fitting for her last name. After years of visiting Amelia Island, she made it her home in 2020, moving from Illinois and experiencing firsthand the challenges of relocation.
